Dieses belohnt diejenigen, die seit mehr als sechs Monaten bis drei Jahren bei uns sind, mit Anerkennung, besonderer Behandlung und zus\u00e4tzlichen Leistungen. Jedes Jahr pr\u00fcft das Management-Team die Leistungen der Mitarbeiter und gibt die neuen Mitglieder des Elite-Teams (EK) anhand folgender Kriterien bekannt: Betriebszugeh\u00f6rigkeit, Leistungsbeurteilung und gelebte Unternehmenswerte. \u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph {\"textColor\":\"black\"} -->\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Wir teilen unsere EK-Mitglieder in drei Gruppen ein: EK1, EK2 und EK3. Die Einteilung erfolgt anhand ihrer Mitarbeit an Unternehmensprojekten von mindestens 6, 18 bzw. 30 Monaten. Zus\u00e4tzlich m\u00fcssen sie, abh\u00e4ngig von ihrer Stufe, f\u00fcr mindestens 1 bis 10 Projekte positives Kundenfeedback erhalten, die Anforderungen an die Englischkenntnisse erf\u00fcllen und \u2013 ab Stufe EK3 \u2013 ihre F\u00fchrungsqualit\u00e4ten durch die Ergebnisse der von ihnen geleiteten Projekte unter Beweis stellen. Ein weiteres Kriterium f\u00fcr die Definition eines EK ist der von ihm verk\u00f6rperte Unternehmenswert. Er muss als Repr\u00e4sentant des Unternehmens anerkannt werden und durchweg positives Feedback daf\u00fcr erhalten. \u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {\"style\":{\"color\":{\"text\":\"#6489ca\"}},\"fontSize\":\"medium\"} -->\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-medium-font-size\" style=\"color: #6489ca;\">Erkennung<\/h2>\n<!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph {\"textColor\":\"black\"} -->\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Wir sind \u00fcberzeugt, dass Anerkennung genauso wichtig ist wie finanzielle Belohnungen, wenn es darum geht, langj\u00e4hrigen Mitarbeitern Wertsch\u00e4tzung zu zeigen. Deshalb sorgen wir daf\u00fcr, dass unsere engagiertesten Mitarbeiter mindestens einmal j\u00e4hrlich vor ihren Kollegen gew\u00fcrdigt werden. Diese Anerkennung kann auf vielf\u00e4ltige Weise erfolgen, von m\u00fcndlichem Lob in Meetings oder bei Betriebsversammlungen bis hin zu schriftlichen Empfehlungsschreiben. Das Auszeichnungssystem wird j\u00e4hrlich eingef\u00fchrt, und jedes Jahr werden herausragende Mitarbeiter geehrt, die Loyalit\u00e4t und Einsatz f\u00fcr unser Unternehmen bewiesen haben. Die Auszeichnungen werden in Form von Gehaltsboni, Gutscheinen oder anderen Anerkennungsformen vergeben.
